The discovery call gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and for you to share your concerns and goals.
Comprehensive Questionnaire
A questionnaire will be sent to you prior to the first consultation to gather your health history, dietary intake and your daily routines.
Initial Consultation
During the initial consultation, we will assess the questionnaire together and map out first concrete steps toward your goal.
Follow-up Consultation
Follow-up consultations allow us to build on your progress over time, review changes, adjust recommendations and provide continued support.
