About me
Hi there, I am Theresa.
I grew up in Germany and moved to London when I was 20, where I began my studies in Nutritional Therapy. After the pandemic, I relocated to Barcelona, where I currently live and work.
My interest in nutrition began at a young age through running and triathlon. I became increasingly curious about how food, lifestyle, and daily habits influence energy, recovery, and performance. Over time, this curiosity developed into a deeper commitment to understanding nutrition through an evidence-based perspective and using it to support meaningful and sustainable health changes.
The more I explored the field, the more I realised that improving health is rarely about nutrition alone. Lasting change often comes from understanding behaviour, routines, and the realities of daily life.
Today, I work primarily online, supporting clients from the UK and across Europe through one-to-one consultations in both English and German.

My approach
My goal is to help people build realistic and lasting habits around food. I believe effective nutrition support goes beyond food choices alone; it involves understanding lifestyle, routines, stress, and individual circumstances. Rather than quick fixes or restrictive rules, I work collaboratively with clients to develop strategies that fit into everyday life.
Creating a supportive and non-judgmental space is important to me, so that you feel comfortable discussing your challenges and confident in the choices you are making.
My work is grounded in current nutritional science I always encourage collaboration with medical professionals where appropriate.
I completed my training in Nutritional Therapy in London, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Nutritional Therapy, accredited by the University of Portsmouth.
As part of my professional development, I also worked at a nutrition and corporate health company in Hamburg, where I gained further insight into the practical work and day-to-day application of personalised nutrition.
Alongside my formal training, I continue to deepen my knowledge through ongoing professional education and continuing professional development.
